MediaFlow includes a 10-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to evaluate the Plugin fully during the trial before purchasing.
We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase for all plans — monthly subscriptions and lifetime licenses. To request a refund within this window, contact us at support@mediaflow.app with your order details.
Refunds may be declined if we determine the Plugin has been used extensively before the refund request, or if the request appears to be an abuse of this policy.
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, and are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Upon approval of a refund, your license key will be deactivated and will no longer function.
If you are experiencing a technical problem that prevents you from using the Plugin, please contact us at support@mediaflow.app before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
