Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with MediaFlow. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued.

1. Free Trial

MediaFlow includes a 10-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to evaluate the Plugin fully during the trial before purchasing.

2. Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase for all plans — monthly subscriptions and lifetime licenses. To request a refund within this window, contact us at support@mediaflow.app with your order details.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal.
  • Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds for monthly subscriptions are only available within the 14-day refund window on the first charge. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable.

4. Lifetime Licenses

  • Lifetime licenses are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • After 14 days, lifetime licenses are non-refundable.

5. Eligibility

Refunds may be declined if we determine the Plugin has been used extensively before the refund request, or if the request appears to be an abuse of this policy.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, and are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Upon approval of a refund, your license key will be deactivated and will no longer function.

7. Technical Issues

If you are experiencing a technical problem that prevents you from using the Plugin, please contact us at support@mediaflow.app before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
