By downloading, installing, or using MediaFlow (the "Plugin"), or by purchasing a license through themediaflow.app (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin or the Website.
MediaFlow is a plugin for professional video applications (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve) that monitors operating system folders and automatically imports new files into your active project. The Plugin operates within the capabilities and limitations of the host application's plugin platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation across all host application versions or operating system configurations.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Plugin on the number of devices permitted by your plan (Solo: 2 devices; Team: 5 devices). You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the Plugin or your license key to third parties.
A license key is tied to the email address used at purchase. Device activations are managed through your account at themediaflow.app/licenses.
New users receive a 10-day free trial upon installation. No payment information is required to start a trial. When the trial ends, the Plugin ceases to function until a paid license is activated.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service at paddle.com/legal. Prices are displayed and charged in USD.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar date each month. You may cancel at any time through the link in your license dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases with no recurring charges.

We aim to maintain compatibility with current releases of the supported host applications. Host application vendors may change their plugin platforms or APIs in ways that temporarily affect Plugin functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to release compatibility updates but cannot guarantee compatibility with every future release of any host application.
The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Georgian law, the service provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Plugin, including data loss, project corruption, or lost revenue. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
MediaFlow, its source code, design, and all associated content remain the exclusive property of Nikita Smirnov. Your license grants the right to use the Plugin, not ownership of any intellectual property.
We may terminate or suspend your license if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Plugin ceases immediately. For monthly subscriptions, any unused prepaid period is subject to Paddle's refund policies as Merchant of Record.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Website and/or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Plugin after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
