Terms of Service

Last updated: [DATE]  ·  [COMPANY NAME]

By downloading, installing, or using MediaFlow ("the Plugin"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.

1. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, MediaFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin on the number of devices specified by your subscription plan (Solo: 2–3 devices; Team: 5 devices).

2. Restrictions

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Plugin.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin.
  • You may not share license keys with third parties.
  • Each license key may only be activated on the permitted number of devices.

3. Free Trial

The Plugin includes a 10-day free trial from the date of first installation. No payment information is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires a valid paid license.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase. All payments are processed by Paddle.com ([PADDLE ENTITY]) as Merchant of Record. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes applied at checkout.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law.

6. Device Activation

The Plugin uses a device-based activation system. You may deactivate a device at any time via the Plugin's About panel or through [your website's license management page], freeing that activation slot for use on another device.

7. Third-Party Software

The Plugin operates as an extension within Adobe Premiere Pro. Continued functionality depends on Adobe's software and APIs. MediaFlow is not responsible for changes to Adobe products that affect Plugin functionality.

8. Updates

MediaFlow may release updates, bug fixes, or new features. Major version updates may require a new purchase or upgrade. Minor updates and bug fixes are provided at no additional cost to active subscribers and lifetime license holders.

9. Intellectual Property

The Plugin, including all code, design, and documentation, is the property of [COMPANY NAME]. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MediaFlow does not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY NAME] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Plugin. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [JURISDICTION].

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
